Main Stage Performing Artists/Musicians Information Arrival Times All Performers are asked to arrive no later than 1 hour prior to scheduled performance. Check In – All Performers Please check in at JEBA´s Office (14628 E. Jefferson) at the performer registration table. Performers will then be able wait in the Performer Hospitality Room which will have snacks, water, and restrooms. Performers will be able to store personal items in JEBA´s Office as well. As your performance time draws near, volunteers will escort you to the stage you will be performing on. Additionally, volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions. Alter Road Stage Performers Directions Download Directions Getting Here via I–94 From I-94, use the Chalmers/Outer Drive Exit. Proceed South to Kercheval. Turn Left on Kercheval. Proceed east for 2 blocks. Turn right on Phillip. Proceed South to Jefferson. Parking lot will be on your left. Chalmers Stage Performers Directions Getting Here via I–94 or Eastbound East Jefferson Avenue Use the Conner marked exit of I-94 (Ford Freeway). Drive South on Conner to East Jefferson Avenue. At Jefferson turn left (headed East) to the barricades at Chalmers. Attendants will direct you to the Chalmers Stage loading area. After vehicles are unloaded please park behind JEBA´s Office at 14628 (Corner of Jefferson & Manistique). To reach the JEBA lot, proceed south on Chalmers to Essex. Turn left on Essex. Proceed east on Essex to Manistique. Turn left on Manistique and head north. At the barricades, attendants will direct you into the performer parking area. Jazzin´ on Jefferson is 7 miles from downtown Detroit via East Jefferson Avenue. Allow 30 to 40 minutes drive from most suburban areas via expressways. Restrooms Indoor public restrooms will be available at the Jazzin´ on Jefferson Performer Hospitality Room. Porta-Potties are also located on the grounds of the festival.
