Mountain Jacks
D. Jones Taste of Flavor: This Jefferson Chalmers native prepares a wonderful
gumbo and other seafood specialities. You may have seen her recently on Fox 2
in the morning preparing her signature dishes. We are also very proud the D. Jones
Taste of Flavor is a member of the Jefferson East Business Association!

Atwater Brewery
Your host, Jefferson East Business Association,
will be providing thirsty patriots with water
and beer from Atwater Brewery.
Big Boy
A variety of classic favorites including the Big
Boy Hamburger, chicken tenders, delicious chili
cheese fries, and the hot fudge cake with ice
cream to stay cool.
Sparrow Juicy Corned Beef
A unique twist on a traditional sandwich; this
is a one-of-a-kind corned beef sandwich. Sparrow
will also be serving the more traditional hot
dogs and polish sausage.
Angel Wings N Ribs
All the grill-side favorites that remind you of
summer offered with the sides that remind you
of family home-cooked meals. These include potato
salad, cole slaw, and mac and cheese.
Nick’s Concessions Greek Gyro
Traditional Greek classics ranging from gyros
and shish-ka-bobs, to chicken pita.
Mercurio Elephant Ears
The carnival comes to town for two days when Mercurio
serves up memories of childhood-- the sugary goodness
of elephant ears.

It's like a pub on wheels-- serving fish and chips
as well as Steak Sandwiches
J & I Concessions
For those of us in need of something cool and
refreshing, come by to pick up a smoothy or some
deep fried ice cream. Or, if you're looking for
something that's a little hotter, you can also
pick up some delicious south-of-the border nachos
and quesadillas.
Fun Foods-Fresh Lemonade
Fun Foods will be serving the sweet nectar of
summer-- nice tall glasses of fresh squeezed lemonade

If you need a quick snack during the
day, you can have your munchies and thirst cured
with some grab-n-go beverages and chips
